1. Saporo (Monash) Pty Ltd v Monash Health Research Precinct Pty Ltd (Building and Property) [2024] VCAT 577 (14 June 2024)
This case dealt with disruption to a sub tenants business being a café and rent and outgoings arrears. The landlord was successful in obtaining payment of some of arrears however, the landlord was prevented from re entering the premises and the sub tenants claim will likely be the subject to a further hearing.
