1. Yawnorama Pty Ltd v PCOT Pty Ltd (Building and Property) [2024] VCAT 204 (5 March 2024)
This case concerned a claim by a tenant against the landlord for unconscionable conduct following termination of the lease which was dismissed. The landlord was successful in claims for arrears, interest and repair costs.

2. MAS Security (Australia) Pty Ltd v HP Shopping Centre Pty Ltd (Building and Property) [2024] VCAT 211 (7 March 2024)
This case dealt with a relief of forfeiture claim by a tenant for non payment of rent, outgoings and provision of a bank guarantee. In this case the landlord was successful.
