TOK Holdings v Marchionna [2025] VCC 539 (6 May 2025) This case dealt with the payment of arrears of rent and licence fees against a guarantor of retail lease subject under Sect 81(1A) of the RLA. The case being concerned with rent alone was not subject to the jurisdiction of VCAT and the landlord was successful.
